you follow Manuela’s step-by-step recipe, you’ll see that it’s very easy.

Simply
cut a frozen puff pastry sheet in 6 strips, spread three tablespoons of apricot
preserve on them, and layer with a row of paper thin apple slices.

Before
you do this, microwave the apples in a bowl for 3 minutes to make them slightly
softer.

much (or as little) cinnamon as you wish.’

the same for all 6 roses. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 40-45
